What it does
HRV data, turned into indexes anyone can read.
Body Health Analyzer combines heart rate variability research with AI-assisted analysis to look at health status, stress levels and the progression of physiological imbalances, often long before they are consciously felt. It turns HRV into clear indexes such as the Stress Index, HRV Amplitude and the Vagal Index (the strength of the parasympathetic nervous system). Its tests are standardized and reproducible.

Run a 2-minute or 5-minute HRV test to look at autonomic balance, stress level, vagal tone and adaptation resources.
Pre/post tracking
Measure the effect of a session, a treatment, exercise or a breathing practice by comparing tests before and after.
Trends over time

Breathwork biofeedback
A built-in programme for stress reduction.
Alongside the assessments, Body Health Analyzer includes breathwork biofeedback for chronic stress. Use preset techniques (RSA, Square Yoga, Zen 4-7-8, Deep Breathing) or build your own, and follow Resonance, Training Focus and HR Variation in real time. You can pace sessions with musical scales or your own MP3 files, such as guided meditations.
