This Privacy Policy explains how Formation Équilibios Inc. (“Coherence Pro”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information when you visit coherencepro.com, create an account, buy a course or subscribe to our newsletter. We comply with Québec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25), Canada’s PIPEDA and, for visitors in the European Union and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
1. Who is responsible for your information

2. What we collect
- Account information: name, email address, password (stored encrypted).
- Purchase information: courses bought, amount, date, country and province (for taxes). Card and PayPal details are handled directly by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Learning data: course progress, completed lessons and quiz results.
- Newsletter: first name and email address when you request our free guide or subscribe.
- Messages: what you send us by email or through the contact page.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies (see section 7).
3. Why we use it
- to create and manage your account and give you access to the courses you bought (performance of a contract);
- to process payments, issue receipts, apply sales taxes and keep accounting records (legal obligation);
- to send you the free guide and our newsletter, only with your consent — you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email;
- to answer your questions and provide support;
- to keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud (legitimate interest);
- to measure site traffic and improve our content, only if you accept analytics cookies.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Kinsta (website hosting, on Google Cloud infrastructure) and Cloudflare (content delivery, security and spam protection with Turnstile);
- Stripe and PayPal (payment processing);
- ActiveCampaign (newsletter and emails);
- Zoho Mail (our email, hosted in Canada);
- Vimeo (course videos) and YouTube (videos in the Breathing Library);
- Google Analytics (site statistics, if you consent).
We may also disclose information when required by law.
5. Where your information is stored
Some of these providers store data outside Québec and Canada, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Before any transfer, we assess whether the information will receive adequate protection, and our providers are bound by contract to protect it. For transfers from the EU or UK, we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Account and learning data: as long as your account is active, then up to 3 years after your last activity.
- Purchase and tax records: 7 years, as required by Canadian tax law.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in, run the checkout and protect forms against spam. They cannot be turned off. With your consent, we also use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or your browser settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have it corrected or completed;
- withdraw your consent, unsubscribe or ask us to stop using your information;
- ask us to delete your information or de-index it, unless we must keep it by law;
- receive your information in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
- object to certain uses or ask us to restrict them.
To exercise these rights, write to info@coherencepro.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Europe and the UK, your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Our site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are encrypted, and access to personal information is limited to the people who need it. In the event of a confidentiality incident that presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
10. Children
Our courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you by email about any significant change.
