The emWave Pro Plus includes everything in emWave Pro (real-time cardiac coherence and HRV biofeedback) and adds two built-in HRV assessments. They give health professionals a fast, standardized way to evaluate a client’s autonomic nervous system function, without a second tool.

1-Minute Deep Breathing Assessment
A one-minute guided breathing exercise, paced by an on-screen cue, shows how much parasympathetic (vagal) HRV a client can produce. The software scores the result against age-matched norms and produces a printable report on the spot. It is a practical shortcut to gauge overall HRV capacity without a full-day recording.
HRV Assessment
A resting assessment of any duration you choose, from 2 to 99 minutes, with no breathing guidance. It returns the standard HRV measures, including SDNN, RMSSD, total power, VLF, LF, HF and the LF/HF ratio.
New: a printable or savable assessment report compares results with age-related reference ranges.
