How it works
Breathe in rhythm, watch your heart follow.
Heart Tracker uses the natural link between breathing, heart rate and the autonomic nervous system to help you reach a state of cardio-respiratory resonance.
1. Breathing shapes heart rhythm
Heart rate rises slightly as you inhale and falls as you exhale. This is the mechanism behind HRV biofeedback.
2. A guided pace amplifies it
Following a visual and audio breathing pacer turns those natural swings into a clearer, steadier pattern.
3. Resonance appears
At around 5 to 7 breaths per minute, breathing and cardiovascular rhythms fall into sync and produce one large, stable oscillation.
4. Feedback locks it in
The software tracks the change as it happens and gives you visual and audio feedback, so you learn to reach and hold the state.
Why Heart Tracker
Practical HRV biofeedback, simple enough to use every day.
Adapts to the user
Beginner, intermediate and expert modes adjust how demanding it is to reach high resonance, so you can progress at your own pace.
Clear real-time feedback
A moving pacer, live graphs and a 0–100 training score (patented algorithm) show how well you are doing, with four resonance zones from low to super.
Built for small practices
Multiple user profiles let therapists, coaches and small clinics train several clients on one system while keeping each person’s data separate.
Where it fits
- Stress-reduction training — strengthen the body’s relaxation response with guided breathing.
- Self-regulation and wellness — build breathing control and autonomic balance on your own.
- Complementary support — add HRV biofeedback to a practitioner’s programme.
- Small-practice training — coaches and therapists working with several clients.
Inside the software
Everything you need on screen, session after session.

Real-time training. Pulse signal, session timeline, breathing pacer, heart-rate trend and training score in colour-coded zones.

Session review. Key numbers, heart-rate trend, spectral data and time spent in each performance zone.

Session setup. Choose the difficulty level, session length (2 to 20 minutes) and feedback options.

Custom pacer. Set the length of each phase — inhale, hold, exhale, pause — to match a specific goal.
You can also practise with a feedback image: a photo you choose gradually becomes clearer as your coherence improves.

What users say
Trusted by practitioners.
“I had tried other heart coherence tools, but the Heart Tracker is the first one I’ve actually used in sessions with my patients. The simultaneous display of the tachogram and spectrogram allows for an immediate visual explanation, and the interactive feedback image creates a real element of surprise that motivates even the most reluctant people.”
Nathalie B., Private Practice Mental Health Nurse
“What convinced me was the ability to install the software on multiple computers, including my office Mac and my laptop for when I’m out and about. The video tutorial is very well done, and I was up and running in less than an hour. My patients love seeing their coherence curve evolve from one session to the next.”
Sébastien A., Physiotherapist
“As a certified stress management coach, I’ve been using the Heart Tracker for a year as a demonstration tool during my corporate workshops. The coherence ratio, distributed in red, blue, and green, is such a clear visual that even the most skeptical managers immediately understand the value of the practice.”
Laure M., Corporate Stress Management Coach
“The ability to adjust the metronome independently (inhalation time, pauses, exhalation) is a considerable advantage for adapting the protocol to each patient. Some of my elderly patients have a different resonance frequency than the norm, and the software adapts perfectly.”
Dr. Éric F., General Practitioner
“I’ve been teaching sophrology for fifteen years and I’ve integrated the Heart Tracker into my practitioner training. Exporting the data as a file allowed me to create practical exercises with real-world measurements. This is exactly what my students needed to move from theory to practice.”
Martine C., Sophrology Trainer
