How to ask for a refund
- Email info@coherencepro.com from the address you used to buy, with the name of the course.
- We confirm your request within 2 business days and issue the refund to the original payment method (card or PayPal).
- Depending on your bank, the refund appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
What happens after a refund
Your access to the refunded course ends when the refund is issued. Any certificate earned in that course is cancelled.
After 30 days
After 30 days, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds, except where required by law or if a course could not be accessed because of a problem on our side.
Exchange rates
Courses are charged in US dollars and refunded for the same amount in US dollars. If your bank converted the payment, the amount you get back in your own currency may differ slightly because of exchange rate changes; we cannot cover this difference.
